DID YOU KNOW? Are you aware of the benefit of obtaining a copy of the recorded Deed for the property that you are going to list, before you list it? Wouldn’t you want to know that the person(s) that you are meeting with when you are taking the listing are the same people that are legally authorized to sign your listing agreement? There are many times that the person(s) that are shown on the recorded deed are different that who you will be dealing with and your Pathway Team can assist you in making sure that you are having your listing contract and ultimately the RPA, signed properly rather than having to go back and obtain new signatures when you find out it was done incorrectly.
