Certified Escrow Officer/Office Manager
Dianne has a passion for escrow and providing excellent customer service. She has been working in escrow for over 40 years and stays current with trends in the field through continuing education to ensure that her customers receive the best support possible. She prides herself on having a great team who are supportive and work cohesively with the best end product in mind. Dianne began her escrow career in 1972 and became an Escrow Officer in 1978 in San Luis Obispo County. Moving to Southern California in 1979, she worked as an Escrow Officer in the San Gabriel Valley until 1984 at which time she relocated to Santa Clarita Valley and has remained a resident and an Escrow Officer until present. She has been solely responsible for the formation of three independent escrow offices in Santa Clarita and has developed strong relationships with many of the major real estate firms, brokers and agents in the area. Her current position is the Manager/Certified Escrow Officer for Pathway Escrow, Inc., an independent escrow company in Santa Clarita. Dianne has been a Notary Public since 1978 and was awarded the professional designation of “Certified Escrow Officer” by the California Escrow Association in 1992 and has retained that designation since through continuing education and involvement with the local and state Escrow Association. She was a proud founding officer of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association in 1992, having been elected President of that association in 1994, 2000, 2006 and 2014 and currently holds the position of the Senior State Director to the California Escrow Association for the local region. Dianne has continued to demonstrate her passion for the escrow industry by maintaining her involvement in the state and local associations, passing along knowledge gained from these associations to her peers and associates. Dianne and her husband Terry currently reside in Valencia, she has two grown children and one grandson Tyler, who all provide the necessary balance in her life.
Andrea began her escrow career in 2002. She has continued her employment in the escrow industry including positions as senior escrow technician and taking her own desk at Pathway Escrow as an Escrow Officer in 2013. Andrea was awarded the professional designation by the California Escrow Association of a “Certified Escrow Technician” in 2005, and has been a Notary Public since 2002. Being on the board of the Association for the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association and having been elected President in 2016, she has shown her commitment to continuing education through this association. Andrea has been well known by the real estate community of always going above and beyond in any situation, insuring that the clients needs are met at all times! She has been a resident of Santa Clarita since 1987, and is married with three children - who keep her busy in what little spare time she does have. She loves to spend time outdoors with the kids, camping, riding their bikes and traveling as much as they can together.
Senior Escrow Assistant
Rachael began her escrow career in 2001, working at Southland Title for several years as an escrow assistant. She then continued her escrow career, working at First American Title and Newhall Escrow as both an escrow assistant and an escrow officer. Rachael joined the already strong team at Pathway Escrow in April, 2013, bringing with her a wealth of enthusiasm, knowledge and organizational skills. Rachael has been a long time resident of Santa Clarita, living with her husband and 4 children, who keep her extremely busy when not focusing on escrow! Rachael welcomes your questions and calls and is proud to be a part of the Pathway Team of professionals!
